With Grace and Love
Ever feel heavy after a conversation, like someone’s still in your energy field or space, even hours, days, or even years later? Do you ever walk into a room and automatically feel drained? Do you feel like everybody’s looking at you and wanting a piece of you? Do you feel like that at home or at work?
That’s not your imagination. That’s an energetic cord.
These energetic cords aren’t consciously attached to you. As a matter of fact, a lot of times you might be attaching cords onto somebody else.
In every relationship whether with a parent, ex, friend, boss, healer, or even a past version of yourself, we form invisible threads of energy. Some are loving. Some are draining. And some quietly keep us tethered to pain that’s no longer ours to carry.
Cord-cutting is not about anger or revenge. It’s about release. It’s about giving yourself permission to let go of what hurt, what ended, what exhausted you, what you no longer need, what was never meant to stay. The truth is, any cords can be draining. It’s not spiritual bypassing. It’s energetic hygiene.
You can love someone and still cut the cord. You can be grateful for the lesson and still be done with the contract.
When we cut cords with love, we reclaim our light. We call our power back. We stop bleeding energy into what no longer feeds us.
And suddenly we remember who we are again.
