Do you ever pause and marvel at the invisible threads that hold this world, and your life, together?
Not the loud, obvious things. But the quiet, sacred ones. The little wonders.
I often find myself reflecting on all the things we can’t see, can’t touch, and can’t always explain. And yet, I believe those unseen things are the very foundation of everything that is seen, touched, and experienced. The “little” things often unnoticed are the true architects of the big things.
Let’s take spirit.
You can define it however your heart knows best: loved ones who’ve crossed over, pets, guides, angels, trees, Source, God, the Universe.
To me, spirit is the essence of all that is. It’s what connects us across time and space. Those who once walked beside us physically are still with us, only now in their original form: pure energy, pure light, pure love.
We don’t always realize it, but they’re still helping, guiding, and loving us from beyond the veil. Just because we can’t see them doesn’t mean they’re not playing a sacred role in our lives.
Another small miracle? Breath.
When was the last time you truly noticed your breath?
This invisible force keeps us alive, grounding us to the physical world. It’s the bridge between body and spirit. We never question whether it will be there, but we rarely honor it. Oxygen, carried from the trees we walk past every day, sustains the very system that allows us to experience life. We can’t see it, yet we trust it without question.
And that brings me to another powerful unseen force: Faith.
Faith isn’t something you hold in your hand, it’s something you hold in your heart.
Not just religious faith (though for many, that’s a piece of it). I’m talking about faith in life, in spirit, in timing, in yourself. Faith in love. Faith in your healing. Faith that what you’re moving through will eventually make sense. Faith that you are guided, even when you can’t yet see the map.
Faith is the oxygen of your spirit.
It’s quiet, but it’s mighty. It’s not something you always feel… but it’s always there, waiting for you to return.
So the next time you’re questioning everything… when you're aching for an answer, or desperate for a door to open… come back to the little things:
✨ The wind through the trees
✨ A child’s laugh
✨ A sign from spirit
✨ Your breath in stillness
✨ The way the sun filters through your window
✨ The deep, knowing presence of your loved ones beyond the veil
Because the big things like: healing, clarity, guidance, transformation are almost always carried in on the wings of the little things.
When you begin to notice them, something beautiful happens: your perception shifts. And with that shift, your whole life begins to change.
Reflection:
What “little things” have I been overlooking that are quietly holding me together?
If this post speaks to your soul, share it with someone who might need a reminder that they are not alone and that the Universe is always speaking…often in whispers.
